Vietnam new Labor Law will come into effectiveness on 1st May 2013. In order to give you an overall picture when new Law will have been applied, Onestep Viet Co delivers training course focusing on some necessary provisions of the Labor Code and update new changes with the current Law for implementation in enterprises since 1st May, 2013. Factory Improvement
How to improve workplace cooperation To make workers happy with their job, their workplace and their manager. When worker feel good about working in the factory, they will responsible with their work, they look back what they made, and they will work with full capability. The following initiatives can be applying at the factory:
- Building mutual trusts from management actions
- Design initiatives to make workers feel good while working at the factory
- Cleaning and visualize the factory: 5S & Visual management
- Improving facilitates such as toilet, canteen, parking area, work floors…
- Establish 2-ways communication channels
- Assign buddy for new comer (buddy assignment)
- Establish internal counseling system for workers
- Others tools and procedures
How to improve quality and productivity We normally don’t try to change the factory’s system but we try to improve from the system of the factory. Areas that we will focus on production includes:

- Complete Quality Control System
- Complete Material Supply Chain System
- Complete upgrade training System
How to improve CSR CSR plays an important role in the factory, what we try to do is to make a complete system to ensure compliance with the law and Brand’s standards also to motivate working to work with their full capability. We will focus the following areas:
- Complete policies and procedures
- Complete remuneration system and motivation
- Complete training system
- Complete monitoring and observation system
